This is accurate, but not a huge obstacle. Others have mentioned a lack of signage for check in. On our particular stay, we received a 2-for-1 discount for the buffet, and 10% off. Saved $10 per night, but the other nicety is that the players card also gives you special discounts on the restaurants at the casino. When we arrived, we were informed by the front desk that we could save $10 per night if we went into the casino and registered for a 'players card.' I thought, 'What the heck.' and went to do that. The quoted price for this hotel was about half that of comparable quality name brand hotels in the area ($69/night).
I was traveling with my daughter mid-week, so the typical budget-tel was out of the question.
I had family business in the area and was looking for a decent, no zombies hotel.
